At Sirgora, we take pride in creating truffles using only the finest ingredients. As our products are perishable, all sales are final.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sirgoratruffles@gmail.com, including a description and clear photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the situation — either by replacing the product or issuing a store credit.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns of food products.

  • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by incorrect shipping addresses or failure to receive the package on time.

  • Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
